摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of cognitive-behavioral intervention combined with dynamic pain management on postoperative rehabilitation of patients with intracranial aneurysms(ICA).Method:A total of 90 patients with ICA admitted to Zhongshan People's Hospital from October 2022 to May 2024 were selected and divided into the control group(n=45)and the intervention group(n=45)according to the random number table method. The control group was given conventional intervention, while the intervention group was given cognitive-behavioral intervention combined with dynamic pain management on the basis of conventional intervention. The postoperative rehabilitation indicators, pain degrees, physical and mental stress responses, and sleep conditions of the two groups were compared.Result:The first time to get out of bed after surgery in the intervention group was earlier than that in the control group, the total hospital stay in the intervention group was shorter than that in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The numerical rating scale(NRS)scores for resting and active pain in the intervention group at 24 and 72 hours after surgery were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).On the day of discharge, the scores of the hospital anxiety and depression scale(HADS)and the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in the intervention group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Cognitive-behavioral intervention combined with dynamic pain management can promote postoperative recovery, reduce pain levels, improve psychological and sleep conditions in ICA patients.关键词
