甲型流感患儿的临床特征分析
Analysis of Clinical Characteristics of Children with Influenza A
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To analyze the clinical and epidemiological characteristics of children with influenza A.Method:Acute respiratory infection(ARI)cases who were treated in Department of Pediatrics,Jingmen Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2023 were selected.Among them,253 children with influenza A and 253 children with rhinovirus infection were taken as the research subjects.The distribution of onset seasons,genders and ages of children with influenza A and rhinovirus infections were analyzed.And the clinical characteristics and laboratory test results of the two diseases were statistically analyzed.Result:There was no statistically significant difference in gender between children with influenza A and rhinovirus infection(P>0.05).There was statistically significant difference in the onset seasonal distribution between children with influenza A and rhinovirus infections(P<0.05).The comparison of the distribution of influenza A and rhinovirus infection among different age groups showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The proportion of high fever,convulsion,myalgia,headache and chills,abnormal auscultation of the lungs and/or abnormal chest CT in children with influenza A were higher than those in children with rhinovirus infection,the WBC and lymphocyte(L)levels were significantly lower than those in children with rhinovirus infection,and the neutrophil-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)was significantly higher than that in children with rhinovirus infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:Influenza A has certain seasonal and age distribution characteristics,and its clinical manifestations are mainly high fever,headache,convulsion,myalgia and chills.WBC,L,NLR can be used to help distinguish rhinovirus infection.关键词
