摘要

Abstract

Objective:To explore the application of behavior change theory combined with stepped health education in type 2 diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 81 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus who were admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Pingxiang from September 2022 to April 2024 were randomly divided into two groups,40 patients were treated with routine nursing as the control group,and 41 patients were treated with behavior change theory combined with stepped health education as the observation group.The self-care ability,blood glucose level,quality of life and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were evaluated.Result:After intervention,the blood glucose level of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the self-care ability score,quality of life score,and total satisfaction rate of nursing of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of behavior change theory combined with stepped health education in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus can improve self-care ability and quality of life,improve blood glucose levels,and improve patient nursing satisfaction.
