Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of vestibular function training combined with token based education on rehabilitation compliance and sensory integration ability in children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder.Method:A total of 76 children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder admitted to Wuxi Children's Hospital from August 2022 to August 2024 were selected and grouped according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the observation group was given vestibular function training combined with token based education in addition to routine nursing.Both groups were intervened for 6 weeks.The rehabilitation compliance,core symptoms and sensory integration ability of the two groups were compared.Result:The rehabilitation compliance of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the each symptom scores in the Swansson-Norland-Pelham scaleⅣ(SNAP-Ⅳ)of the observation group were lower than those before intervention and the control group(P<0.05).After the intervention,the vestibular balance,tactile defense,and proprioceptive scores of the observation group were higher than those before intervention and the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vestibular function training combined with token based education can improve rehabilitation compliance of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,alleviate core symptoms,and improve sensory integration ability.关键词
