压疮预警干预机制联合问题导向的护理对高危压疮患者临床应用的研究
Research on the Clinical Application of Pressure Ulcer Warning Intervention Mechanism Combined with Problem-oriented Nursing in High-risk Pressure Ulcer Patients

Abstract
Objective:To study the clinical application effect of warning intervention mechanism for pressure ulcers combined with problem-oriented nursing in high-risk patients with pressure ulcer.Method:A total of 80 eligible high-risk pressure ulcer patients admitted to Nanchang Ninth Hospital from August 2022 to June 2024 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 patients were treated with routine nursing as the control group,and 40 patients were treated with warning intervention mechanism for pressure ulcers combined with problem-oriented nursing as the observation group.The occurrence of pressure ulcers,quality of life,and nursing satisfaction were evaluated in the two groups.Result:After the intervention,the incidence of pressure ulcers in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the quality of life score and the total satisfaction rate of nursing were higher in the observation group compared with the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The use of warning intervention mechanism for pressure ulcers combined with problem-oriented nursing can reduce the occurrence of pressure ulcers,improve the quality of life of patients,and help improve nursing satisfaction.关键词
