Perioperative management of lower extremity venous thrombosis
摘要
Abstract
The high incidence of perioperative lower-extremity venous thrombosis(LEVT),which is the third leading cause of death worldwide,threatens the life,health,and safety of patients,and manifests itself in lower-extremity swelling,tenderness,and gait abnormalities.Many variables contribute to LEVT,and this results in blood pooling,hypercoagulability,and obstruction of the venous return in the lower extremities.The prevention of lower-extremity venous thrombosis has always been an important part of perioperative management and management skills that medical staff should continue to learn and improve.This article systematically searched and collated existing guidelines and relevant literature.This review provides an overview of the clinical manifestations,risk factors,prophylaxis,and treatment of LEVT,with a special compilation of multiple perioperative measures for the management of LEVT.The various perioperative modalities for the management of LEVT,including pharmacological,mechanical,and surgical,are summarised regarding existing guidelines.The aim is to reduce the incidence of LEVT to guide medical staff in conducting the perioperative management of surgical patients.关键词
