阴道微生态异常与高危型人乳头瘤病毒感染的相关性研究
Correlation between Vaginal Microecological Abnormalities and High-risk Human Papilloma Virus Infection

Abstract
Objective:To explore the correlation between high-risk human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and vaginal microecological abnormalities.Method:A retrospective selection was made of 105 patients with positive high-risk HPV who were admitted to Yichun Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to June 2024 as the observation group,and 105 patients with negative high-risk HPV who were admitted to our hospital during the same period as the control group.All patients underwent vaginal microbiota and vaginal microecology examinations to compare whether there were any differences,the relationship with the occurrence of high-risk HPV infection were determined.Result:There were no statistically significant differences in the incidence of vulvovaginal candidiasis(VVC)and trichomonas vaginitis(TV)between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidences of vaginal microecological abnormalities,decreased Lactobacillus and bacterial vaginosis(BV)in the observation group were all higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that BV,vaginal microecological abnormalities,and the decrease of Lactobacillus were positively correlated with the occurrence of high-risk HPV positivity infection(P<0.05).Conclusion:Vaginal microecological abnormalities,BV and the decrease of Lactobacillus are correlated with positive infection of high-risk HPV,which requires clinical attention.关键词
