Progress of Research on the Health Information Needs of Colorectal Cancer Enterostomy Patients
摘要
Abstract
Colorectal cancer is one of the most common malignant tumours worldwide,and its morbidity and mortality are on the rise year by year.As an important treatment for colorectal cancer,colostomy surgery improves the survival rate of patients but changes their normal excretory pathway,which significantly affects their physical and mental conditions and social functioning.Health information needs are an important part of disease management for colorectal cancer patients with colostomy,affecting their ability to cope with the disease,quality of life and prognosis.This paper reviews the information needs of colorectal cancer patients in terms of assessment tools,information needs content,influencing factors and forms of support.It aims to provide a basis for the development of personalised and targeted information support strategies to meet the health information needs of colorectal cancer patients with colostomy and to improve quality of life.关键词
