超声引导下PRP注射联合针刺松解治疗肩袖损伤的临床研究
Clinical Study of Ultrasound-guided PRP Injection Combined with Acupuncture Release in the Treatment of Rotator Cuff Injury

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of ultrasound-guided platelet rich plasma(PRP)injection combined with acupuncture release in the treatment of rotator cuff injury.Method:A total of 106 patients with rotator cuff injury who treated in Department of Pain,the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from January 2022 to March 2024 were selected and divided into the combined group(ultrasound-guided PRP injection combined with acupuncture release)and the control group(ultrasound-guided PRP injection)according to random number table method,with 53 cases in each group.The VAS,Constant-Murley shoulder score(CMS),and University of California,Los Angeles(UCLA)shoulder score system before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with before treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups at the end of treatment and 1 month and 3 months after treatment were significantly decreased,and the CMS scores were significantly increased(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the VAS scores of the combined group at the end of treatment and 1 month and 3 months after treatment were significantly decreased,and the CMS scores were significantly increased(P<0.05).The excellent and good rate of the combined group at the end of treatment and 1 month and 3 months after treatment were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Ultrasound-guided PRP injection combined with acupuncture release can better alleviate the pain of patients with rotator cuff injury and promote the recovery of shoulder joint function.关键词
