Abstract
Objective:To explore the effects of continuous renal replacement therapy(CRRT)combined with Sodium Citrate anticoagulation treatment regimens on coagulation function and inflammatory factors in patients with sepsis associated acute kidney injury(SA-AKI).Method:A total of 73 patients with SA-AKI admitted to No.910 Hospital of the Joint Logistics Support Force of the People's Liberation Army from March 2023 to April 2024 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into the control group(n=36)and the observation group(n=37)according to the random number table method.All patients received CRRT.During the treatment period,the control group was anticoagulated with Heparin,while the observation group was anticoagulated with Sodium Citrate.The inflammatory factors,coagulation function,renal function and the occurrence of complications between the two groups were compared.Result:Before treatment,there were no statistically significant differences in hs-CRP,IL-6,Scr,BUN,monocyte chemoattractant protein-1(MCP-1),β2-microglobulin(β2-MG),PT,TT,APTT and FIB between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP,MCP-1,IL-6,Scr,BUN,β2-MG in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group,PT,TT and APTT were all shorter than those in the control group,and the FIB level was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sodium Citrate anticoagulation therapy applied in CRRT for patients with SA-AKI can effectively alleviate the inflammatory response of the patient's body,improve renal function,has a relatively small impact on coagulation function,and has good safety.关键词
