经颅直流电联合穴位埋线治疗老年抑郁症的临床观察
Clinical Observation of Transcranial Direct Current Stimulation Combined with Acupoint Catgut Embedding in the Treatment of Senile Depression

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of elderly patients with depression.Method:A total of 90 elderly patients with depression admitted to the Third People's Hospital of Ganzhou from July 2022 to July 2024 were selected as study subjects,and they were divided into western medicine group,physiotherapy group and combined group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The western medicine group received conventional treatment,while the physiotherapy group received tDCS+acupoint catgut embedding.The combined group was treated with conventional treatment+tDCS+acupoint catgut embedding.The therapeutic effects,HAMD-24 score,geriatric depression scale(GDS)score,5-hydroxytryptamine(5-HT),brain-derived nerve growth factor(BDNF)and incidence of adverse reactions were compared among the three groups.Result:There were statistically significant differences in the HAMD-24 score,GDS score,total effective rate of treatment,and levels of 5-HT and BDNF among the three groups(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions among the three groups(P>0.05).The HAMD-24 and GDS scores of the combined group were lower than those of the western medicine group and the physiotherapy group,while the total effective rate of treatment,the levels of 5-HT and BDNF were higher than those of the western medicine group and the physiotherapy group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The scores of HAMD-24 and GDS in the physiotherapy group were lower than those in the western medicine group,while the total effective rate of treatment,the levels of 5-HT and BDNF were higher than those in the western medicine group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of tDCS combined with acupoint catgut embedding is better than that of western medicine alone in the treatment of senile depression,and the addition of tDCS and acupoint catgut embedding on the basis of western medicine can significantly improve the depressive symptoms and serum factor levels of patients,and does not increase the risk of adverse reactions.关键词
