Abstract

Ceftriaxone sodium is a widely used antibiotic,and its abuse and improper treatment have led to its detection in many water bodies,inhibiting the growth of aquatic organisms and reducing their reproductive capacity.Electrochemical methods can generate strong oxidants on the electrode surface,effectively degrading organic pollutants in water.Compared to traditional wastewater treatment methods such as sedimentation,filtration,and activated sludge,electrochemical methods can respond quickly,efficiently degrade complex pollutants,improve water quality,and reduce the harm of drugs to aquatic organisms.The experiment uses electrochemical method to treat ceftriaxone sodium wastewater,and systematically analyzes the effects of factors such as reaction time,pH value of the reaction system,and current density on the change of ceftriaxone sodium mass concentration.The experimental results show that with the extension of reaction time,the degradation rate of ceftriaxone sodium gradually increases,and after 60 min of reaction,the degradation rate can reach 70%.When the pH value of the reaction system is 7.5,the degradation rate of ceftriaxone sodium is the highest,reaching 60%.As the current density increases,the degradation rate of ceftriaxone sodium increases from 35%to 70%.Overall,electrochemical methods can be used to treat ceftriaxone sodium wastewater,with good pollutant degradation effects and broad market application prospects.
