摘要

Abstract

Industrial wastewater discharge,mining and agricultural activities lead to the accumulation of toxic heavy metals in water bodies,which endanger the ecosystem and human health through the food chain.At present,the monitoring of heavy metal pollution in water has poor timeliness and high cost,while the biosensor has high specificity,portability and real-time detection ability.The high-performance biosensor based on composite system is developed,by integrating GR-5 DNAzyme specific recognition module and nanomaterial signal amplification system,combined with freeze-drying stabilization technology,the heavy metal pollutants such as Pb2+are sensitively and rapidly detected,and the application effect is verified in a polluted river section in South China.The system uses modular design and intelligent pretreatment to provide technical support for the precise prevention and control of heavy metal pollution,which has important practical value and social significance for improving the regional water quality supervision ability and ensuring the safety of drinking water.
