摘要
Abstract
In order to study the separation characteristics of cyclone separators,Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)method is used to perform separation calculations on separators with different taper angles,analyze the internal flow field,and explore the key factors affecting oil and gas separation.The results indicate that the change in taper can result in a significant non axisymmetric feature between the internal swirl flow field and the geometric center axis of the swirl separator,and this feature will significantly improve the separation efficiency of the cyclone separator in the small particle size range,and significantly change the distribution of cyclone velocity fields inside and outside the cyclone separator.关键词
