Abstract
With the advantages of high efficiency,flexibility and economy,steel structure system is widely used in the field of high-rise industrial buildings.However,restricted by the special requirements of the production process,such buildings often have the defects of irregular vertical layout and uneven stiffness distribution,resulting in significant weakening of the seismic performance of the structure.Based on the numerical simulation and engineering verification,the influence mechanism of the above problems on the building dynamic characteristics and seismic action law is deeply studied,taking the flue gas settlement and the post combustion chamber section of a metallized pellet production line technical transformation project in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as an example,the seismic analysis is carried out through the calculation of three-dimensional finite element model.Meanwhile,through modal identification,spectral response calculation and dynamic time history analysis,the phenomenon of excessive inter story deformation and sudden change of stiffness in the 8-degree fortification zone of the structure is revealed,and then an optimization scheme combining stiffness reconstruction and node energy consumption is proposed,which finally realizes the reliable force transmission of key connection nodes under earthquake,and provides an important technical reference for the seismic design and analysis of similar structures in the future.关键词
