摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the information management strategy for zero-payment participation of subjects in clinical trial projects.Methods Based on the hospital information system(HIS),a clinical trial fund management system was constructed.The clinical trial management institutional office,the information center,and the financial department conducted real-time billing and settlement management of clinical trial projects.Results Since the hospital implemented the clinical trial fund management system,the system has achieved zero-payment participation for clinical trial subjects,with clear accounts and avoiding duplicate reimbursement of medical insurance payments,which has improved the satisfaction of subjects,clinical research physicians,and financial staff,as well as increased the efficiency of clinical trial work.Conclusion The implementation of information management mode for zero-payment participation of subjects in clinical trial projects can better protect the rights and interests of subjects,comply with the Good Clinical Practice(GCP),and promote the development of hospital clinical trial projects.关键词
