Construction of Review and Evaluation Index System for Pharmaceutical Management in Secondary Non-Public Medical Institutions in Guiyang

Abstract
Objective To construct a quantifiable review and evaluation index system for pharmaceutical management in secondary non-public medical institutions in Guiyang,and to establish a standardized evaluation model.Methods The Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of inquiries with 14 pharmaceutical experts from selected medical institutions in Guiyang,and to collect their opinions and modification suggestions on the indexes.Results The two rounds of expert consultations were conducted by professionals with high authority,with authority coefficients of 0.78 and 0.80,effective recovery rates of 73.68%and 100.00%,revision comment rates of 7.27%and 7.84%,and Kendall's coefficient of concordance for expert opinions of 0.28 and 0.34,respectively.The experts reached consensus,ultimately forming an evaluation system with eight primary indexes,twenty-eight secondary indexes,and ninety-five tertiary indexes.The review and evaluation indexes have been gradually promoted in the pharmaceutical management of non-public medical institutions in Guiyang.Conclusion The established review and evaluation index system for pharmaceutical management of secondary non-public medical institutions in Guiyang has high authority,scientificity,and feasibility,which is conducive to improving the pharmaceutical management level of non-public medical institutions.关键词
