药师主导的干预措施对慢性阻塞性肺疾病和哮喘患者吸入技术与用药依从性影响Meta分析
Effect of Pharmacist-Led Intervention Measures on Inhalation Technique and Medication Adherence in Patients with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease or Asthma:A Meta-Analysis

Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of pharmacist-led intervention measures on inhalation techniques and medication adherence in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)or asthma.Methods The randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of pharmacists participating in the management of patients with COPD or asthma in the PubMed,Embase,The Cochrane Library,CNKI,WanFang,and CBM databases were searched from the inception of the database to January 2024.The Cochrane 5.1.0 bias risk assessment tool was used to evaluate the quality of the included literature,and RevMan 5.3 and Stata 14.0 software were used for Meta-analysis.Results A total of 26 RCTs were included,involving 4 803 patients(2 424 patients in the intervention group and 2 379 patients in the control group).Compared with those in the control group,the inhalation technique of COPD patients during 1-3 months of follow-up in the intervention group significantly improved[OR=4.42,95%CI(3.22,6.09),P<0.000 01],and the inhalation technique of asthma patients in the intervention group significantly improved[OR=6.01,95%CI(2.72,13.28),P<0.000 01];the medication adherence of COPD and asthma patients in the intervention group was significantly better[OR=3.62,95%CI(2.76,4.75),P<0.000 01;OR=4.14,95%CI(2.35,7.29),P<0.000 01];the incidence of adverse reactions of COPD patients in the intervention group was significantly lower[OR=0.16,95%CI(0.06,0.45),P=0.000 4];the acute exacerbation readmission rate of COPD and asthma patients in the intervention group was significantly lower[OR=0.24,95%CI(0.15,0.37),P<0.000 01;OR=0.28,95%CI(0.14,0.53),P=0.000 1].Conclusion Pharmacist-led intervention measures can improve medication adherence,reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and acute exacerbation readmission rates,and improve treatment outcomes and quality of life for COPD patients.But it only has a positive effect on improving inhalation techniques for asthma patients.关键词
