夹脊调衡针法治疗轻中度原发性失眠的临床研究
Clinical Study of Jiaji Balancing Acupuncture Method in Treatment of Mild to Moderate Primary Insomnia

Abstract
Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of Jiaji balancing acupuncture in treatment of mild to moderate primary insomnia.Methods:A total of 70 patients with mild to moderate insomnia were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,with 35 cases in each group.Ultimately,33 cases in the study group and 32 in the control group were analyzed.The study group was treated with Jiaji balancing acupuncture,whereas the control group was treated with conventional acupuncture.Each acupuncture session involved a needle retention time of 30 minutes,and the treatment frequency was three times per week for a total of four weeks,resulting in 12 sessions.The scores of PSQI,AIS,and SF-36,as well as the serum level of 5-HT were assessed in both groups.Results:After the treatment,both groups showed significant improvements in the scores of PSQI,AIS,and SF-36(P<0.01),with the study group showing more significant improvements(P<0.01,P<0.05).The study group outperformed the control group in sleep duration,proportions of deep sleep and light sleep(P<0.05).The serum level of 5-HT was increased significantly in both groups after the treatment(P<0.01),with a more pronounced elevation observed in the study group(P<0.01).The total effective rate of the study group was 90.91%(30/33),which was significantly higher than 71.88%(23/32)of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiaji balancing acupuncture significantly improves sleep quality and daytime functioning in patients with mild to moderate insomnia,and promotes the expression of 5-HT.关键词
