不同强度电针联合温针灸治疗类风湿性关节炎急性发作的临床研究
Clinical Study of EA with Different Intensities Combined with Needle-Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of Acute Attack of RA
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of electro-acupuncture(EA)with different intensities combined with needle-warming moxibustion in treatment of acute attack of rheumatoid arthritis(RA).Methods:84 patients with acute attack of RA were randomly divided into the strong EA group and the weak EA group,with 42 patients in each group.Both groups were given conventional western medication,needle-warming moxibusiton and EA treatment,the current intensity of the strong EA group was 1～5 mA,and it was 0～1 mA in the weak EA group.After 4 weeks of consecutive treatment,TCM symptom scores,SF-MPQ scores,and inflammatory factor levels were compared between before and after the treatment in the two groups.Clinical efficacy was also compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the strong EA group was 90.48％(38/42),which was higher than 71.43％(30/42)of the weak EA group(P＜0.05).The scores of TCM symptoms,PRI,VAS,and PPI were lower after the treatment than those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05),the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 were decreased after the treatment compared to those before the treatment in the two groups(P＜0.05);of which the improvements were more significant in the strong EA group than those in the weak EA group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Strong EA combined with needle-warming moxibustion has significant clinical efficacy in treating acute attack of RA.It can relieve the clinical symptoms and pain levels of patients,and reduce the levels of inflammatory factors.关键词
