输刺法与温针灸联合治疗偏头痛合并焦虑抑郁患者的随机对照研究
A Randomized Controlled Trial on Shu-Point Acupuncture Combined with Needle-Warming Moxibustion in Treatment of Migraine with Comorbid Anxiety and Depression

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy of Shu-point acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion in treatment of migraine with comorbid anxiety and depression.Methods:112 migraine patients with depression and anxiety were randomized into the Western medication group and the study group,with 56 cases in each group.The Western medication group was treated with conventional Western medication;on which basis,the study group was also treated with Shu-point acupuncture and needle-warming moxibustion.The pain status,Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)score,Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA)score,neutrophil-to-lymphocyte ratio(NLR)and monocyte-to-lymphocyte ratio(MLR)were observed after the treatment in the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was 94.64％(53/56),which was higher than 80.36％(45/56)in the Western medication group(P＜0.05).After the treatment,the VAS score and pain frequency were lower in the study group than those in the Western medication group(P＜0.05),and the duration of pain was shorter in the study group than that in the Western medication group(P＜0.05).The HAMA score and HAMD score were decreased significantly in both groups after the treatment(P＜0.05),and the scores were significantly lower in the study group than those in the Western medication group(P＜0.05).The values of NLR and MLR were reduced significantly after the treatment in both groups,and the values were lower in the study group than those in the Western medication group(P＜0.05).No obvious difference was exhibited in the safety of treatment between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Shu-point acupuncture combined with needle-warming moxibustion can effectively suppress NLR and MLR levels,thereby alleviating pain and improving symptoms of anxiety and depression.关键词
