Construction and Application of the Regional Prescription Review Platform

Abstract
Objective To innovate the pharmaceutical care model,and to promote the homogenization of pharmaceutical care within the region.Methods In the Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region,resources were concentrated to establish a regional prescription review platform centered on tertiary hospitals and based on grassroots medical institutions,in order to standardize prescription review standards,establish a knowledge base,and continuously update it.Rational drug use monitoring,customized functions,and other interventions were used to intervene in the prescriptions of hospitals within the region,achieving pre-interception,in-process intervention,and post-evaluation of prescriptions.Results Through the regional prescription review platform,the resource sharing could be achieved,the standardization of prescription writing and the suitability of drug use in the region could be evaluated,the existing or potential problems could be identified,the intervention measures were formulated and implemented,the rational use of prescription drugs in the region were promoted,the work system was optimized,the pharmacist work efficiency were improved,and the integrated medical and health service system were improved.Conclusion The construction and application of regional prescription review platforms can standardize physicians' prescription behavior,ensure patients' medication safety,promote the homogenization of pharmaceutical care,and assist in the construction of an integrated medical and health system.关键词
