Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of fibrinoscopic alveolar lavage combined with azithromycin and acetylcysteine in children with pediatric severe pneumonia.Method:Retrospectively analyzing the data of 86 children with pediatric severe pneumonia admitted to Putian Children's Hospital from October 2021 to October 2024,and they were divided them into 2 groups,with 43 cases in each group according to different treatment methods.The control group was treated with azithromycin and acetylcysteine,and the observation group was added with fibrinoscopic alveolar lavage.Treatment effect,symptom disappearance time,blood gas analysis index,inflammation index and the incidence of adverse reactions of the two groups were compared.Result:The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The disappearance of symptoms was shorter than that of the control group.The partial pressure of oxygen in blood(PaO2)and blood oxygen saturation(SaO2)were higher than those of the control group.Arterial partial pressure of carbon dioxide(PaCO2),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and procalcitonin(PCT)were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fibrinoscopic alveolar lavage combined with azithromycin and acetylcysteine can improve the therapeutic effect of pediatric severe pneumonia,accelerate the disappearance of symptoms,improve the blood gas analysis and inflammatory indexes.It is safe and effective.关键词
