基于益气升提理论盆底方联合生物反馈电刺激在治疗气虚型女性轻中度压力性尿失禁患者中的临床价值
Clinical Value of Pelvic Floor Prescription Combined with Biofeedback Electrical Stimulation in the Treatment of Mild and Moderate Stress Incontinence Patients with Qi Deficiency

Abstract
Objective:To explore the therapeutic effect of pelvic floor formula based on the theory of tonifying Qi and promoting elevation combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation on female patients with mild to moderate stress urinary incontinence(SUI)of Qi deficiency type.Method:60 female patients with mild to moderate SUI of Qi deficiency type were selected,all of whom were admitted to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Affiliated Rehabilitation Hospital from July 2024 to February 2025.They were randomly divided into three groups according to the random number table method.Group A(20 cases)was treated with pelvic floor formula,Group B(20 cases)was treated with pelvic floor formula combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation,and Group C(20 cases)was treated with biofeedback electrical stimulation.Pelvic floor electromyography,quality of life(ICI-O-SF),symptom scores,clinical efficacy,and adverse reactions of the three groups were compared.Result:After treatment,the pelvic floor electromyography values in the fast muscle stage and the slow muscle stage in group B were respectively higher than those in group A and group C.The ICI-O-SF score and syndrome score of group B were lower than those of group A and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in group B was higher than that in group A and group C,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).No obvious adverse reactions occurred in all three groups during the treatment period.Conclusion:Pelvic floor formula combined with biofeedback electrical stimulation based on the theory of tonifying Qi and promoting elevation has a definite therapeutic effect on mild to moderate SUI patients with qi deficiency.It can effectively improve pelvic floor muscle strength,alleviate urinary incontinence symptoms,and improve quality of life.It is relatively safe.关键词
