具雄激素样中药雾化治疗干眼的临床观察
Clinical Observation on the Effect of Androgen-like Chinese Medicine Atomization

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To investigate the effect of androgen-like Chinese medicine atomization on tear film function in dry eye patients.METHODS A total of 48 dry eye patients(96 eyes)treated at Ineye Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from July 2023 to December 2023 were enrolled.They were randomly divided into a control group(CG)and an experiment group(EG),each with 24 cases(48 eyes).One case dropped out from the experiment group,resulting in 23 cases(46 eyes)ultimately included.The control group received atomization with 0.9%sodium chloride injection,while the experiment group received atomization with an androgen-like Chinese medicine solution(composed of Epimedii herba,Cistanches herba,and Allii tuberosi semen).Both groups were treated for 14 days.The Ocular Surface Disease Index(OSDI)score,lipid layer thickness(LLT),non-invasive tear breakup time(NIBUT),tear meniscus height(TMH),Schirmer Ⅰ test(SⅠT),and tear ferning test(TFT)were observed and compared before and after treatment.RESULTS(1)OSDI scores:Post-treatment OSDI scores decreased significantly in both groups compared to pre-treatment(tCG=3.610,P=0.001;tEG=6.460,P=0.000).No significant intergroup difference was observed post-treatment(P＞0.05).(2)LLT:The experiment group showed a significant increase in LLT post-treatment(t=5.562,P=0.000),while no significant change was observed in the control group(P＞0.05).Post-treatment LLT was significantly deeper in the experiment group than in the control group(t=3.055,P=0.003).(3)NIBUT:Both groups exhibited significant improvements in NIBUT post-treatment(ZCG=4.421,ZEG=4.960,both P=0.000).Post-treatment NIBUT was significantly longer in the experiment group than in the control group(Z=3.064,P=0.002).(4)TMH:TMH increased significantly post-treatment in both groups(ZCG=2.974,P=0.002;ZEG=5.053,P=0.000),with no significant intergroup difference post-treatment(P＞0.05).(5)SⅠT:The experiment group showed a significant increase in SⅠT post-treatment(Z=7.309,P=0.003),while the control group showed no significant change(P＞0.05).Post-treatment SⅠT was significantly longer in the experiment group than in the control group(Z=2.771,P=0.006).(6)TFT:The number of cases showing improvement in TFT grade after treatment was greater in the experimental group(19 cases)than in the control group(6 cases),and this difference was statistically significant(P=0.021).CONCLUSIONS Atomization with androgen-like Chinese herbal compounds can alleviate subjective symptoms,increase tear secretion,prolong tear breakup time,and improve meibomian gland secretion,thereby enhancing tear film stability in dry eye patients.关键词
