摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical efficacy and safety of different hysteroscopic surgical schemes for the treatment of endometrial polyps.Method:100 patients with endometrial polyps admitted to Fujian Funeng Group General Hospital from January 2019 to January 2024 were selected, and they were divided into 49 cases of control group(treated with hysteroscopic resection)and 51 cases of observation group(treated with hysteroscopic cold knife resection)according to different treatment methods. The changes in preoperative and postoperative menstrual symptom scores, endometrial indicators, surgery related indicators, and incidence of complications were compared.Result:The operation time, blood loss and incidence of complications in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6 months after operation, the menstrual symptom scores, endometrial thickness, pulsatility index(PI),and resistance index(RI)of both groups showed a downward trend compared with those before the operation. Moreover, compared with the control group in the same period, the menstrual symptom scores, endometrial thickness,PI and RI of the observation group were lower, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the hospital stay between the observation group and the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Both hysteroscopic resection and hysteroscopic cold knife resection have good polypectomy effects on endometrial polyps. It can reduce the risk of postoperative recurrence. However, compared with hysteroscopic resection, hysteroscopic cold knife resection has more advantages in improving surgical efficiency, improving patients'menstrual symptoms, and promoting endometrial recovery. It has better security.关键词
