基于R语言挖掘国家专利外敷中药治疗干眼的用药规律
Analysis of Medication Patterns for External Application of Chinese Medicines in Dry Eye Treatment Based on R Language

Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze medication patterns of Chinese herbal formulas for external application in dry eye treatment using patent data and R language.METHODS Chinese patent applications for external herbal treatments of dry eye published between January 16th,2004,and December 18 th,2023,were retrieved from the China Patent Publication Database.Excel was used to establish a database of herbal formulas,and R language was employed for frequency analysis,efficacy categorization,property/channel classification,association rule mining,and factor analysis.RESULTS(1)General data:176 patents involving 530 herbs with 1,888 cumulative frequencies were included;40 high-frequency Chinese Medicines(>10 uses)were identified.(2)High-frequency Chinese medicines:Chrysanthemum morifolium were the most(80 times,45.45%),followed by Lycium barbarum(55 times,31.25%),Senna obtusifolia(51 times,28.98%),Mentha suaveolens(49 times,27.84%),and Ophiopogon japonicus(39 times,22.16%).(3)Efficacy classification:Tonifying Chinese medicines(13 times,32.50%)were most common,followed by heat-clearing Chinese medicines(12 times,30.00%)and exterior-releasing Chinese Medicines(7 times,17.50%).(4)Properties,flavors,and meridian tropism of high-frequency herbs:Among properties,Cold-natured Chinese Medicines were the most(21 times,52.50%),sweet flavor was most frequent(26 times,40.63%),Liver meridian affinity ranked highest(26 times,26.53%).(5)Association rules:Top five herb pairs were Lycium barbarum-Chrysanthemum morifolium(40 times,31.25%),Senna obtusifolia-Chrysanthemum morifolium(35 times,28.98%),Mentha suaveolens-Chrysanthemum morifolium(29 times,27.84%),Borneolum syntheticum-Mentha suaveolens(22 times,22.16%),and Ophiopogon japonicus-Lycium barbarum(22 times,22.16%).(6)Factor analysis:Six common factors revealed treatment complexity and diversity.CONCLUSIONS External treatments follow principles of moisturizing,clearing heat,improving vision,and nourishing deficiencies,regulating organs,providing clinical references.关键词
