Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of negative pressure aspiration combined with normal saline irrigation in the treatment of skin infection wound.Method:A retrospective study of 102 wound patients with signs of infection and bacteria admitted to the hospital from September 2022 and September 2024 was conducted and divided into two groups.50 patients in the control group were given routine dressing change,and 52 patients in the observation group were given negative pressure aspiration and normal saline irrigation.Wound healing,postoperative scar score,blood inflammatory factor content,pain degree,comfort and quality of life score were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with the control group,the observation group showed better wound healing;both groups showed significant improvement in postoperative scar scores.After intervention,the scores of both groups increased,with the observation group showing a more significant increase,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The negative pressure suction combined with saline irrigation is effective,which can improve scar condition and improve the comfort and quality of life of patients.关键词
