小麦品种漯麦906及其衍生系的KASP标记检测与分析
KASP Marker Detection and Analysis of Wheat Variety Luomai 906 and Its Derivative Lines

Abstract
To investigate the functional gene composition of important traits in wheat variety Luomai 906 and its 12 derived lines,this study utilized high-throughput KASP marker technology to detect genes associated with adaptability,quality,yield,stress resistance,and disease resistance in 13 tested materials.The results showed that 13 materials carried two dwarfing genes Rht-D1b and Rht8.All 13 materials contained the superior allelic variant TaPRR73-B1 related to maturity period.Nine materials shared the superior photoperiod-related allelic variants Ppd-D1a and Ppd-B1a.Ten materials carried two yield-related genes,while Luomai 86 carried three superior yield-related allelic variants.Ten materials carried the superior grain hardness gene Pinb-D1b,and three materials contained Pina-D1b/Null.All 13 materials carried the high-quality subunits Ax1/Ax2*,while two materials contained the premium subunits 5+10.Notably,Luomai 906 and its derived line Luomai 59 both carried two high-quality subunits.One material contained two drought resistance genes,all 13 materials carried two pre-harvest sprouting resistance genes,and five materials carried the stripe rust resistance gene Yr78.Additionally,Luomai 906 was found to carry 17 superior allelic genes,genetic analysis of its 12 derived lines using these 17 loci revealed that 14 KASP marker loci exhibited a genetic contribution rate exceeding 75%,with six loci reaching 100%.This study clarifies the superior allelic variations in Luomai 906 and its derived lines,as well as their genetic contributions in progeny,providing critical theoretical support for research and utilization of Luomai 906 as a key parental line,and the breeding of Luomai series wheat varieties.关键词
