益肾泄浊中药结肠透析治疗慢性肾功能不全的临床观察

Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of colon dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine for nourishing the kidney and eliminating turbidity in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.Method:From February to October,2024,60 patients with chronic renal insufficiency in Longnan Hospital of Daqing City were selected as the main research object and randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.The control group was treated by routine western medicine,while the observation group was treated by colon dialysis with traditional Chinese medicine for tonifying kidney and removing turbidity.The total effective rate,renal function indexes before and after treatment,TCM symptom score before and after treatment and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups in various renal function indexes and TCM symptom scores(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum creatinine,urea nitrogen and TCM symptom score in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the endogenous creatinine clearance rate was higher than that in the control group with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine colon dialysis therapy,which benefits the kidney and eliminates turbidity,has shown significant clinical value in the treatment of chronic renal insufficiency.This therapy can effectively improve clinical efficacy,optimize various renal function indicators,and reduce traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores,without causing additional adverse reactions.Its application safety is extremely outstanding.关键词
