Single-Cell Transcriptome Sequencing Technology in the Regulatory Research of Ovarian Growth and Development in Ruminant Animals
摘要
Abstract
In the modern breeding production system,the reproductive performance determines the economic benefits of the breeding industry.Ovary is an important reproductive organ of female mammals.From fetal stage to old age,the structure and function of o-vary are constantly changing.It is particularly important to analyze its internal genetic mechanism for livestockbreeding.In recent years,with the rapid development of sequencing technology,single-cell RNA-sequencing can separate and detect individual cells and provide more accurate cytogenetic information.It has been widely used in ovarian development of female animals,including cell type identification,intercellular interaction,intercellular communication and key gene mining.In this paper,the process of o-varian follicle development and oogenesis during the growth and development of ruminants was introduced,and the principle of single cell RNA-sequencing technology and its application in the growth and development of ruminant ovaries were discussed,in order to provide theoretical reference for improving the reproductive efficiency of female animals.关键词
