摘要

Abstract

The in-depth penetration of digital-intelligent technologies has exposed labor education in vocational colleges to the impact of the virtualization of tool forms,digitalization of practical fields,and technologization of subject relationships.Heidegger's"Theory of Ready-to-Hand of Equipment"emphasizes the"transparency"and"priority of practice"of tools in use,advocates that technology should serve the existential significance of human beings rather than obscure the essence of labor.This provides a key theoretical perspective for understanding and reconstructing labor education,and enlightens vocational colleges on the dual orientations of labor education in the digital-intelligent era—the"change"of educational ecology evolution driven by technological empowerment and the"constancy"of adhering to the essence of labor and the original aspiration of education.Faced with alienation tendencies such as the transgression of instrumental rationality,weakening of embodied experience,and breakdown of value consensus,labor education in vocational colleges needs to find a balance between technological adaptability and humanistic persistence.Specifically,it should adhere to the disenchantment of technology and clarification of the subject in terms of educational philosophy,reconstruct the curriculum and teaching framework of"situational authenticity-embodied participation",realize the transformation of teachers'role from imparters of knowledge and skills to guides of existence,and innovate the three-dimensional evaluation paradigm of"degree of tool readiness-degree of world connection-depth of existential awareness".All these efforts aim to cultivate workers of the new era and complete professionals who can both master new technologies and uphold the essence of humanity.
