Internal Logic and Implementation Paths of Technical and Vocational Education Empowering the Development of New Industries
摘要
Abstract
Technical and Vocational Education upholds the mission of serving national industrial development,has cultivated a large number of industrial technical workers and high-skilled talents,and shoulders an important mission in serving the construction of the new industrial system.Based on the structural reform of China's industrial system in the new era,this paper systematically explains the connotation and development trend of new industries with emerging industries and future industries as the core,as well as their driving role in technical and vocational education,and deeply analyzes the internal logic of how technical and vocational education empowers the development of new industries.By establishing a school-enterprise cooperation community based on collaborative governance,implementing a personalized training and dynamic evaluation mechanism based on competency profiles,setting up a major setup and adjustment mechanism responsive to dynamic industrial demands,constructing a curriculum system integrating digital skills and interdisciplinary literacy,promoting the development of digital teaching scenarios that combine virtual and real elements,and building a teaching team with dual"coaching+mentoring"capabilities,this paper aims to promote the integrated coexistence of industry and education resources and the matching of supply and demand in talent cultivation,thereby realizing the resonance between technical and vocational education and the development of new industries.关键词
