Construction of Vocational Skills Ecosystem for Low-Skilled Labor in Urban Fringe Areas
摘要
Abstract
Improving vocational skills is a key measure to address the employment of low-skilled labor in urban fringe areas.The construction of a vocational skills ecosystem is conducive to improving the urban integration of low-skilled labor and helping to achieve common prosperity.Firstly,theoretically,analyze the nested structure of its vocational skills ecosystem.Secondly explore the main obstacles to building a vocational skills ecosystem for low-skilled labor in practice.On this basis,taking Hangzhou as an example,summarize the model and experience of the vocational skills ecosystem for low skilled labor in urban fringe areas.Finally,from the three levels of micro-system,meso-system and macro-system,the construction paths for the vocational shills ecosystem of low-skilled labor in urban fringe areas are proposed.关键词
