OBE理念下指向药学技能培养的职业本科实训教学模式探讨

Abstract
Vocational undergraduate education aims to cultivate vocational,industrial and technical high-skilled applied talents and is an important part of the education system of"the 14th Five-Year Plan"National Committee.Compared with ordinary colleges and universities,vocational undergraduate colleges pay more attention to cultivating and training students'practical abilities.With the comprehensive development of social economy,China's medicine has gradually become an important part of China's economy.Against the backdrop of rural revitalization,agricultural modernization and the development of rural health services have posed new demands for pharmaceutical talents.In recent years,the field of pharmacy has developed vigorously,but the education related to vocational undergraduate pharmaceutical skills training is not yet fully mature.Based on the concept of Outcome-Based Education(OBE),a practical teaching model for pharmaceutical skills that meets the needs of rural revitalization can be built to mobilize students to actively participate in rural revitalization,improve theirprofessional knowledge and skill levels,and promote the reform and improvement of vocational undergraduate education.关键词
