高职"分类培养精准育人"人才培养模式构建
Construction of the"Classified Cultivation and Targeted Talent Development"Talent Cultivation Model in Higher Vocational Education

Abstract
In the process of exploring classified talent cultivation for students,higher vocational education has developed four types of classified talent cultivation models,namely selection-based,goal-oriented,program cluster-based,and level-based.Analysis shows that these four models share common problems,such as vague goal setting,imbalanced resource adaptation,and lack of group evaluation.This paper analyzes the necessity of optimizing classified talent cultivation from the perspectives of industrial logic,policy logic,and educational logic,and constructs the"classified cultivation and targeted talent development"talent cultivation model to improve the quality of classified talent cultivation in higher vocational education.关键词
