摘要

Abstract

As one of the core technologies in botany experimental teaching,free-hand slicing has unique advantages in improving students'practical and innovative abilities and deepening theoretical understanding.However,problems such as excessive proportion of confirmatory experiments,passive participation of students,single assessment dimension and homogenization of experimental materials are common in traditional botany experimental teaching,which affects the effective achievement of experimental teaching goals.Aiming at the above shortcomings,this study focuses on the free-hand slicing method and systematically optimizes the experimental teaching link by guiding students to independently collect diversified plant materials,innovating free-hand slicing operation procedures and microscopic observation methods,and building a compound assessment mechanism of"process evaluation+achievement display".It has effectively enhanced students'main participation and practical innovation ability,and promoted the effective transformation of theoretical knowledge into practical ability.
