Abstract
Objective:To explore the application effect of AIDET communication mode in elderly patients undergoing painless gastroscopy.Method:Selecting 120 elderly patients who underwent painless gastrointestinal examinations in Jiangmen People's Hospital from June 2023 to May 2024,and they were divided into two groups,with 60 in each group using a random number table method.The control group received routine nursing care,while the observation group received AIDET communication mode.The emotional state,psychological burden perception,vital sign indicators,and examination cooperation between two groups were compared.Result:After nursing,the observation group had lower levels of Self Rating Anxiety Scale(SAS),Self Rating Depression Scale(SDS),Self Perceived Burden Scale(SPBS),respiratory rate,heart rate,systolic blood pressure,and diastolic blood pressure than the control group.The degree of cooperation was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The AIDET communication mode can improve the emotional state of elderly patients undergoing painless gastrointestinal examinations,reduce self perceived burden,improve examination cooperation,and stabilize vital signs.关键词
