卡培他滨节拍化疗联合扶正安中汤对三阴型乳腺癌患者的效果
Effect of Capecitabine Metronomic Chemotherapy Combined with Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction on Patients with Triple Negative Breast Cancer

Abstract
Objective:To analyze the effect of capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy combined with Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction on immunity,gut microbiota and prognosis of triple negative breast cancer(TNBC).Method:80 patients with TNBC admitted to Guangdong Second Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from July 2022 to September 2023 were enrolled in this study.Using a random number table,they were divided into group A(40 cases)and group B(40 cases),receiving capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy and combined treatment with capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy and Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction,respectively.The efficacy,immune function,and changes in gut microbiota were compared between the two groups,and the prognosis was evaluated.Result:The response rate of group B was higher than that in group A,with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment,CD3+,CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and gut microbiota quantity decreased,while CD8+and BC-PROM scores of various domains increased in both groups.Moreover,above indicators in group B were superior to those in group A,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Capecitabine metronomic chemotherapy combined with Fuzheng Anzhong Decoction is effective to treat TNBC,which can improve immune function,gut microbiota,and prognosis.关键词
