Abstract
After the establishment of Nanxu and Nanyan prefectures,the central authorities of the Song and Qi Periods Jingkou-appointed officials to Jingkou based primarily on the principles of either sending royal family members to govern or serving the political needs of the time.The outcomes of these Jingkou-appointed officials were closely tied to the era's circumstances and governance capability.Most prominent officials who governed during dark periods or displayed outstanding capability died of unnatural causes.During the Qi Period,central rulers reflected and attempted to reform the policies of the Song Period but failed to resolve the fundamental issues.Jingkou-appointed officials occupied a prominent role in the political arena of the Song and Qi Periods and exerted a substantial influence on the central governance.关键词
