Abstract
In order to solve the complex calculation problem in the design process of permanent magnetic bearings,a stack nesting permanent magnetic bearing structure is proposed,and a mathematical model is established based on the principle of virtual work.Firstly,the Monte Carlo method is used to calculate and analyze the quadruple integral,and the calculation results are compared with finite element data to verify the correctness of the model.Secondly,parametric analysis on the stacked nested permanent magnetic bearing structure is performed.The results show that the analytical calculation model is in good agreement with the simulation value curve,with a maximum error of about 20%,which has a guiding role in the design of permanent magnetic bearings.At the same time,parametric analysis shows that the multi ring nested and identically stacked structure of permanent magnetic bearings has the best load-bearing capacity,laying a theoretical foundation for the design of heavy-duty permanent magnetic bearings.关键词
