Abstract
Objective:To establish the description and recording standards of digital characterization for macroscopic and microscopic identification of root type of Chinese materia medica.Methods:According to the principles of plant morphology and the National Drug Standards Work Manual,digital recording and description standards for root type of Chinese materia medica were preliminarily explored for macroscopic and microscopic identification.Results:Through the review of digital recording and description standards,specifications of digital characterization for macroscopic and microscopic identification of root type of Chinese materia medica was established.Conclusion:The established standard lays a foundation for the identification,improvement of the accuracy,objectivity,and feasibility of macroscopic and microscopic evaluation,and the clinical use and standard revision of root type of Chinese materia medica.关键词
