Specifications of Digital Characterization of Macroscopic and Microscopic Identification for Woody Stem Type of Chinese Materia Medica

Abstract
Objective:To establish a digital documentation specifications for the identification of woody stem type of Chinese Materia Medica based on their macroscopic and microscopic characteristics.Methods:Based on the principles of plant morphology and taxonomy,as well as national standards,relevant requirements from working manuals of national drug standards,local standards,and relevant literature,the standard of digital record and description was preliminarily explored.Results:The specifications can systematically and comprehensively describe the characteristics of woody stem type of Chinese materia medica from external to internal,whole to local,macroscopic to microscopic,and morphological to histological aspects.Conclusion:The specifications of digitalization research on macroscopic and microscopic identification of woody stem type of Chinese materia medica is formed,providing reference for digitalization research.关键词
