皮类中药材性状和显微鉴定数字化表征规范研究
Specifications of Digital Characterization for the Macroscopic and Microscopic Identification of Cortex Type of Chinese Materia Medica

Abstract
Objective:To establish standardized specifications for digital research on cortex type of Chinese materia medica by analyzing their macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of cortex medicinal materials in national and local standards.Methods:The morphological and microscopic characteristics of cortex medicinal materials in existing standards were reviewed.Digital imaging and other digital technology were employed to observe and record the structural characteristics of these medicinal materials.Results:According to the macroscopic characteristics,the microscopic characteristics of cross sections,and the microscopic characteristics of powder,the specifications of macroscopic and microscopic characteristics of cortex type of Chinese materia medica were summarized and standardized.Conclusion:This study provides a scientific basis for the identification,classification,and digital research,and supports the creation of digital specimens of cortex type of Chinese materia medica.关键词
