Specifications of Digital Characterization for Macroscopic and Microscopic Identification for Leaf Type of Chinese Materia Medica
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To establish the digital research specifications of macroscopic and microscopic identification methods for leaf type of chinese materia medica.Methods:According to macroscopic and microscopic identification methods for Chinese herbal medicines,digital imaging and digital technology were applied to observe,analyze,and summarize the structural characteristics of leaf type of Chinese materia medica.Results:The identification methods were summarized and standardized based on five aspects,including the traits,the venation,the surface view,the cross-section of the main vein,and the powder microscopy.Conclusion:The standard established in this study provides a scientific basis for the identification,classification,and standardization of leaf type of Chinese materia medica.It can also serve as a reference for the establishment of digital specimens bank of leaf type of Chinese materia medica and the improvement in the identification ability of practitioners.关键词
