摘要

Abstract

Cancer-related fatigue is a common complication of lung cancer,occurring most frequently during treat-ment and during the metastatic stage.It significantly reduces patients' quality of life and hinders treatment progress.Research suggests that the lung,spleen,and kidney,three organs,are key mechanisms underlying cancer-related fa-tigue,according to the"Three Roots and Two Systems"theory.Current research has found a close link between mito-chondrial energy metabolism disorders and the onset of cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer.In Traditional Chinese Medicine,dysfunctional function of the three organs-lung failure to descend,spleen failure to transport,and kidney failure to nourish essence-all impacts mitochondrial energy metabolism.Therapies targeting the principles of"clearing the lungs and protecting the lungs,""tonifying the middle and regulating the middle,"and"nourishing the kidneys and warming the Yang"can alleviate symptoms of cancer-related fatigue and improve mitochondrial energy metabolism.Therefore,this article explores the mechanisms underlying cancer-related fatigue in lung cancer based on the"Three Roots and Two Systems"theory and mitochondrial energy metabolism disorders,providing therapeutic strategies for treating cancer-related fatigue.
