摘要

Abstract

Renal anemia is a common complication of late-stage chronic kidney disease.Patients often experience symptoms such as fatigue,dizziness,palpitations,chest tightness,and shortness of breath.Their quality of life gradu-ally declines as their condition worsens.Professor CAO Enze,a Second National Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner,has long engaged in theoretical and clinical research on the prevention and treatment of kidney disease with Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and has extensive experience in the integrated treatment of kidney disease with both Chinese and Western medicine.Drawing on his many years of clinical experience,Professor CAO believes that the primary pathogenesis of renal anemia lies in underlying deficiency and superficial excess,with spleen,kidney,and liver deficiency as the underlying cause and dampness,turbidity,and blood stasis as the superficial symptoms,which hinder the production and circulation of Qi and blood.Based on the principle of combined tonification,he pro-poses that treatment should focus on strengthening the spleen,kidney,and liver,regulating Qi,activating blood circu-lation,and removing stasis,as well as removing dampness,clearing heat,and dissipating turbidity.This approach pro-vides new insights and directions for the treatment of kidney disease with TCM.
