史伟六经与三焦辨证结合治疗肾病综合征经验探析
Analysis of SHI Wei's Experience in Treating Nephrotic Syndrome by Combining Six Meridians and Three Jiao Syndrome Differentiation

Abstract
Professor SHI Wei believes that nephrotic syndrome is often caused by external pathogenic invasion,and its diagnosis and treatment should follow the Six-Channel Syndrome Differentiation in the Treatise on Febrile Diseases.Because nephrotic syndrome is primarily characterized by spleen and kidney deficiency,the Taiyin and Shaoyin merid-ians should be treated simultaneously throughout all stages of the syndrome,maintaining a flexible and adaptable ap-proach.Guangxi is located in the subtropics,where summer heat descends and dampness rises,creating a stagnation of dampness and heat,which stagnates the triple energizer(Sanjiao).Therefore,nephrotic syndrome in Guangxi often ex-hibits the characteristics of damp-heat syndromes.Based on the Six-Channel Syndrome Differentiation,Professor Shi Wei adopted the Triple energizer differentiation and treatment,achieving remarkable therapeutic results.关键词
