胡顺金分期分型辨治IgA肾病经验
HU Shunjin's Experience in Treating IgA Nephropathy by Stages and Types
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy(IgAN),as a common primary glomerular disease,progresses to end-stage renal disease in approximately 40％of patients.Current treatments with glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive agents show questionable efficacy and significant side effects,highlighting the multi-target therapeutic advantages of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM).Based on over 35 years of clinical experience by Chief Physician Hu Shunjin,a renowned TCM expert,he identifies the kidney as the primary affected organ in IgAN,which can also involve the spleen,lung,and other organs.He defines the core pathogenesis as"deficiency in origin and excess in manifestation"(chronic phase primarily featuring deficiency of lung,spleen,and kidney;acute phase dominated by external pathogenic excess)and establishes a staging-classification system(Chronic Sustained Phase:lung-kidney qi deficiency pattern,qi-yin deficiency pattern,spleen-kidney deficiency pattern;Acute Episode Phase:wind-heat invading lung pattern,damp-heat internal accumulation pattern).Analysis of five typical medical cases confirms the significant efficacy of stage-specific and pattern-based medication,providing guidance for the precise staging and pattern differentiation in the clinical treatment of IgAN.关键词
