Expert consensus on the characteristic diagnosis and treatment of dampness arthralgia in Xin'an medicine
摘要
Abstract
Arthralgia is a disease characterized by swelling and pain of limb joints,poor flexion and extension,even deformation,muscle weight and numbness.Among them,dampness arthralgia is a three-level arthralgia caused by dampness evil.With the deepening of research,the treatment advantages of Chinese medicine are gradually obvi-ous,and it is widely used in clinical dampness arthralgia,but there is still a lack of standardized expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of dampness arthralgia,which limits the improvement of clinical diagnosis,treatment and scientific research.To this end,the rheumatology Professional committee of Anhui Chinese Medicine Society organized 24 experts from 17 hospitals in the province to form the"expert consensus on the characteristic diagnosis and treatment of dampness arthralgia in Xin'an medicine",which is clinically divided into 5 TCM syndrome types,including wind-cold dampness BI syndrome,dampness-heat Bi syndrome,dampness-phlegm bi syndrome,spleen deficiency damp-ness-yang deficiency syndrome and spleen-kidney deficiency syndrome.At the same time,the principles and methods of treatment,prescriptions,special preparations of Xin'an and proprietary Chinese medicine were agreed.The promo-tion of the consensus reached in the whole province has important guiding significance in the process of standardizing the diagnosis and treatment of dampness arthralgia.关键词
